Soterra LLC is the premier land management company with a history dating back to the late 1800s. We currently manage over 250,000 acres of land in the Southeastern United States. The company's primary objective is to obtain the highest value for our land while following the principles of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative®.
We use advanced silvicultural techniques to improve the productivity of our land, which increase the yield of forest products over a period of time. We sell our timber to a variety of customers, who manufacture products people use in everyday life such as paper and building materials.
